Incase of connections issues Please contact the customer services number written on your card.
If in case the access numbers are busy, we suggest you to hang up and try again after a few moments. If there are any problems on the connection or credit on the PIN, please do not hesitate to call any of the customer service numbers.When you call the customer services number, you will be asked for the PIN number too.
For all connection problems, please call the customer care
number immediately.

We are resellers to end user customers. For this reason, if you have any problem with a phone card / calling card, you must contact Customer Service Department of each card.  Ideally this should be done immediately, or at worse case within 48 hours of the fault being discovered. Generally, unless otherwise stated, cards are non-refundable and expire 3 months(7 days for £1 cards) from date of first use or on the expiration date printed on the card, whichever occurs first. No refund or replacement is provided for lost, stolen or expired cards or unauthorized use
